Did you know the real St. Patrick wasn’t actually Irish? He was born in Britain in the late 4th century and was kidnapped and brought to Ireland as a teenager. After escaping, he later returned as a missionary and is credited with spreading Christianity throughout Ireland.

He’s often associated with the shamrock, which he reportedly used to explain the concept of the Trinity. 💚
