🍽️ A Quick, Healthy Meal for a Busy Season

This time of year gets busy for everyone — packed schedules, holiday events, end-of-year deadlines… it’s a lot. So here’s a simple, nutritious recipe to take a little stress off your plate (literally 😉).

🌿 15-Minute Lemon Garlic Chicken & Veggie Skillet

Ingredients:
• 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste

Directions:

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, season, and cook until lightly browned.
- Toss in garlic, broccoli, and tomatoes; sauté until veggies are tender.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and give everything a good toss.
- Serve immediately — it’s fresh, bright, and full of protein and fiber.
