Created for women who are looking for:
• Supportive community
• A safe way to return to exercise during pregnancy or postpartum
• Education on core + pressure system function
• A more approachable option than traditional pelvic floor therapy
Each session includes pelvic floor education, breathwork + mobility, functional strength progressions, fitness-style training, and guidance from a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in pelvic health.
