Have to brag on my team, and today Bella specifically 🥹🩷

Riley was sick and Zach and I both had work commitments today (patients for me, listing appointments for Zach)

When I told Bella what was going on, without hesitation she said she could step in and come watch Riley 🥹🥲

I am so blessed with such amazing women surrounding me. So thankful for this team, who shows up for one another continuously!

We rejoice WITH YOU !!! 😭 messages like these are our why.

Dr. Ali was treating this spunky, sweet 6 year old for chronic encopresis/constipation (bowel leakage coupled with bouts of constipation).

She has had bowel issues for as long as she can remember. It is common for kiddos to develop a “dislike” surrounding toileting, which can perpetuate these concerns.

We celebrate with you sister 😭😭😭 such an exciting progress report.

Mom gave permission to share to get the word out there that there IS help for pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction!

Ali Schermer does treat pediatric clients upon request. If you think your child may be a good fit, reach out! 🩷

Great question — and one we hear often! 👇

While every pregnancy is unique, a general recommendation is to be seen around:

✨ 12 weeks
✨ 20 weeks
✨ 28 weeks
✨ 34 weeks
✨ 36 weeks
✨ 38 weeks

These sessions allow us to support your body as it changes and prepare you for both delivery and postpartum recovery.

➡️ First half of pregnancy:
We focus on pelvic floor activation, relaxation, mobility, and movement support.

➡️ Second half of pregnancy:
We shift toward push prep/labor prep and planning for postpartum healing — helping you feel confident heading into birth.

👶 You deserve more than “just wait and see” when it comes to your body.

We also raised money for M.A.M.A.S. After, a local non-profit which supports mamas after infant loss, miscarriage and stillbirth. So grateful 417 has such a needed resource 🩷
