As women, we hear so many “shoulds.”
You should have your career figured out.
You should be married by now.
You should be ready for kids.
You should bounce back after having a baby.
You should feel grateful and not exhausted.
You should love every part of postpartum.
You shouldn’t feel pain with intimacy.
You should push through the discomfort.
You should be healed by now.
🌷 But hear this: you are not behind.
Maybe your body is still healing.

You are not behind for needing rest.
