🧠💪 This past month has been humbling. As a physical therapist, I pour so much into helping others heal—but I’ve been reminded that you can’t pour from an empty cup.
Just like the old saying says: Take care of yourself so you can take care of others.
Rest, boundaries, and self-compassion aren’t luxuries—they’re essentials. Grateful for the lesson, and even more committed to walking the walk.
