If you are experiencing problems with your ability to stay active due to surgery or having difficulty managing an illness, home health nursing and therapy might be the answer. At Haven Home Health, our specialty is home health reha

bilitation programs. Our skilled, licensed and dedicated home health nurses and therapists work one-on-one with you to better understand and come up with a plan of action that caters to your needs. If you are experiencing decline in function from a heart attack, stroke, surgery, arthritis, we can help. You will find we specialize in the following services:
Skilled Nursing
Physical Therapy
Occupational Therapy
Speech Therapy
Home Health Aide
We provide home health services to the following counties: Greene, Christian, Stone, Taney, Webster, Douglas and Lawrence.

We had an amazing time connecting with coworkers and families this weekend at our company picnic! A heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible HR team for putting together such a fun, thoughtful event. 💙
