Thanks to the collective efforts of our staff and community, our residents will have a truly wonderful Christmas. We extend our sincere gratitude to each and every one of you for helping make the holiday season memorable for our residents.❤️

Good morning!!!

Just wanted to share some pics from yesterday. Tammy, Sherry and Katy held the fort down in activities while we were gone for pageant yesterday. Team work makes the dream work. Ozark Nursing and Rehab has some of the BEST employees!! I love our team🩷🩷

In honor of our sweet sweet Marcella Mitchell we played a domino tournament today.
It was an amazing turn out and everyone enjoyed some pizza for lunch thank you to MRS. Marcellas family!!! So shout out to them for being so generous to feed everyone.🥰 And shout out to all the staff for giving a helping hand and participating. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
