Our Angel Tree names will be available for pickup tomorrow, December 1, 2025. The Residents' Christmas Party is scheduled for the 22nd(edited). Thanks to the collective efforts of our staff and community, our residents will have a truly wonderful Christmas. We extend our sincere gratitude to each and every one of you for helping make the holiday season memorable for our residents.❤️

Good morning!!!

Just wanted to share some pics from yesterday. Tammy, Sherry and Katy held the fort down in activities while we were gone for pageant yesterday. Team work makes the dream work. Ozark Nursing and Rehab has some of the BEST employees!! I love our team🩷🩷
