Chasing Wellness Physical Therapy was literally a dream in a dream where I vowed I wouldn’t go through the motions and provide care you can get anywhere.
❌If you are doing exercises that increase your pain while doing them? Might not be the exercises or maybe it need modification.
❌If you say “it doesn’t hurt but I feel it” again maybe that exercise isn’t tailored to you or could be modified in a way where you can do it “without feeling it”
❌ if you power through exercises because you know you need to but every time you hurt worse after and think “if it hurts I must be doing the right thing and eventually it won’t hurt anymore” I hate to break it to you but that’s probably not the right thing either !
