Middle school is the perfect time to build confidence, coordination, and strength the right way.
Our Summer Strength Training sessions at Fixed on Fitness are designed for incoming 6th–9th graders who want to learn how to lift safely and effectively in a structured, coach-led environment. We focus on proper mechanics, form, loading, and building a strong foundation that carries over into sports, training, and everyday life.

📅 Session 1: June 1 – June 25
📅 Session 2: July 13 – August 6
🕝 Monday, Wednesday & Thursday | 2:30–3:30 PM
💲$150 for one session
💲$250 for both sessions
