Is your student athlete equipped to reach 100% of their potential?
Unfortunately the answer is no if their nutrition isn’t on point.
Just like any high performance machine, if your athlete isn’t taking in the right fuel, they aren’t going to be able to perform their best! Even more importantly with today’s students busy schedules full of multiple sports, extra curricular activities, and just being a kid, recovery can be severely limited. This can lead to more frequent illness and possibly even injury.
