Greater Pensacola Behavior Services (GPBS) was founded in 2014 by our Clinical Director, Samantha Hall. Samantha lived in Miami, FL, and heard that the greater Pensacola area was lacking in quality ABA service providers. When Samantha created GPBS, she created it on the premise that all children receiving services deserve dedicated and quality care. GPBS holds a belief that supervising BCBAs and BCaBAs, should be deeply involved in the therapy process. If insurance allows, supervisors usually begin cases before a technician takes over. Supervisors frequently work 1:1 with children providing services. Supervisors also attempt to max out all allowable supervision hours allowed by your insurance, so that the most skilled care is provided. All technicians at GPBS are Registered Behavior Technicians with the BACB. Currently, all our technicians hold bachelors degrees and have multi faceted experience. We accept most major insurance companies including tricare, bcbs, and medicaid.

We are excited to announce that our Pensacola location will be relocated to 9578 Nims Lane, Pensacola, FL, 32534. The clinic is located only a few streets away so any inconveniences should be minimal! Our first day at the new clinic will be 09/08/2025 (Monday). If you would like to tour the clinic, please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Even good changes can be difficult, but we will do our best to help adjust your little one to their new space. We will send out a reminder, but please enter and exit through the entrance of our new location next to the playground. There is another business located behind us that will utilize the other entrance and exit. If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out! (See photo of mural on our new location)

We have openings for Aetna, BCBS, and Tricare recipients with a diagnosis of Autism for our Pre-K and Kindergarten readiness programs (18 months - 7 years).

Our program consists of 1:1 therapy with an RBT assisting children in gaining communication skills, play skills, and problem-solving skills to help them manage/control big emotions. We take a compassionate approach to traditional ABA understanding that these are little humans in a big world. Children follow a schedule throughout the day learning to interact and play with other kiddos in a variety of activities including circle time, reading, art, dance, structured play, and unstructured play.

We have immediate openings at both our Pensacola and Milton locations.

We are accepting children between 18 months and 7 years old for our Pre-K and Kindergarten ABA readiness programs!

We are currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Tricare. Children must have a current diagnosis of Autism under these insurance plans.

Our services are 1:1 with certified RBTs under the direction of BCBAs. Children follow the day from 8am to 4pm learning skills to play, interact, and learn with their peers. The number of days that a child attends depends on individual needs and intensity of services necessary for that specific child.
