Praying for Kendra Fendt Kendra was Ed's wife, Meredith's mom, and our daughter. Prayer is powerful, lifting, and a comfort sent from our Father. Thank you for your prayers.

Kendra Fendt developed a sniffle around November 6th. By November 9th she had been to the doctor and treated for a sinus infection. On November 11th she went to Triage at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola. What followed was hospitalization at Sacred Heart, a rapid decline in health and the early delivery of her baby girl, Meredith. We were told Kendra had developed influenza and pneumonia at the

same time. Kendra was flown by UAB life flight to Birmingham's UAB University hospital in Alabama on Nov. 12th not long after Meredith Page Fendt was born. We saw Kendra come off intubation, only to fall dangerously close to critical illness in a matter of hours. Kendra fought to live, fought to be with her family. God's grace gave us a baby, and a new way of living without Kendra. We love you Kendra and we miss your smile, your heart, and your beautiful love for life. Rest well, we will meet again in the by and by.
