Another week in the books 🥥✨ I’m soaking up this new time, expanding my heart and unfolding my wings a little more every day.

Cap’n Coconut is back in action and the shop is getting a serious glow-up ~ new products, refreshed packaging, and restocks are rolling out daily. Every single order means the world to me, especially with everything going on out there. Thank you for showing up! 🥹🌈📦

Bonus news: We’re celebrating Cassidy Rose’s 10th birthday! Birthday baths, peanut butter banana cake, and full sun play all day. Boats, boats, boats! My gecko harem grows. Landscaping and garden imagineering are the hobbies I’ve always wanted. Total fitness via trampoline while I listen to my favorite books and podcasts are how I greet the day. Eating the rainbow is like our new full-time job. We’re up with the sun and somehow the days still move too fast. I want to pause time and press these memories into my face.

Thank you for all the love from afar and mahalo to our beautiful new friends and neighbors here on the island. Every day is a freakin’ gift. 🌺🌴☀️🥭🍍🫧🩷🌈⚡️

Slices of life lately, and it’s just coconuts.
🫶🏼🌈🥥🦎🍊✨🌺✨
Made it safely and settling in, working on the house each day. I’m waking up with the sun, juicing fresh tangerines from our tree, making friends with the house dragons, baking bread, filling my beach bags with veggies, watching the rainbows come down, drawing, wearing shorts, taking mid-day jump breaks, relishing refresh showers, and slowly unpacking.

I feel so grateful to be surrounded by so much love and to have the space and time to be my full self. Cap’n captain mode is coming back real soon.
I wasn’t sure what to expect when we decided it was time to move and grow into what’s next, but here we are and it’s more magical than I ever imagined. As Martha says, “When you’re through changing, you’re through.”
