(China) instructs Introduction to Medical Qigong weekly class for
Certification of Practitioner, Therapist, and Master of Medical Qigong (MMQ). Classes are two hours per week, include Tai Chi for Health Healing Workout postures with Qi Scattering and Nei Gong (Internal Skill) Meditation, Cultivation using the Daoist (Taoist) Five Postures, nourishing the 3 domains of Ch’I Kung – Earth-HeartMind(Man)-Heaven.
