Laria’s background in mental health and somatic healing inspires her trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to yoga.
💪 Practice with Molly — Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:30am
Molly blends movement, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques to help students build resilience and create a life they love.
