FYI - Prenatal Yoga Classes!

Weekly Prenatal Yoga is back on the schedule! 🤰
Join us every Wednesday, 6:45-8pm. ✨

This class offers meditation, breathing practices, and movement through yoga postures. The sequence of each class is designed to create strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through a practice designed to support the changes in the pregnant body.
Prenatal Yoga classes provide a safe, peaceful and supportive environment for expectant mothers and are a wonderful way to connect with other mothers-to-be. The classes are appropriate for both new and experienced students and are led by teachers trained and experienced in prenatal yoga.

A beautiful description of the role of a doula!

The Doula’s role will shift multiple times within just one birth. Sometimes a Doula’s focus will be on the physical needs of the laboring person- hydration, nutrition, double hip squeeze? Yes please. And other times the Doula may be the coach, encouraging position change and breathing patterns. But a Doula’s role can also take shape as a solid, weighted presence- giving comfort through reassurance, motivation and yes, love. And that dexterity takes a special kind of person to know when to pivot and use the next tool in their skill set.

New offering by two amazing women!

The first of hopefully many to come. and are opening by up clinic on a sliding scale to provide CranioSacral work after birth to help babies and parents with:
-Latch issues
-Colic
-birth injuries
-reflux
-plagiocephaly
-breech babies
-shoulder dystocia
And giving parents tools to work with at home as well.
We have 3 spots remaining this Friday. Both Cait and Danielle are bodyworkers as well as birth workers who are working to provide relief for the transitions newborn to 12 weeks with CranioSacral therapy.
