After my baby was born, I felt like I was just surviving—tired, anxious, pulled in a million directions.

What’s been helping you stay grounded lately? Or are you still searching for something?

Most mornings I start with something simple—just a few minutes of deep belly breathing, a supported child’s pose, or sometimes just lying down with my legs up the wall.

🌿 Tadasana: More Than Just Standing 🌿

Hey everyone!

I wanted to share a little insight about one of yoga's foundational poses: Tadasana, or Mountain Pose. At first glance, it might seem like you're simply standing on your mat, but there's so much more to it than that.

Tadasana is all about being rooted. When we root ourselves firmly into the ground, we create a strong, stable base. This sense of grounding is essential not only for Tadasana but for every standing pose we practice.

Here's why being rooted is so important:

Stability and Balance: Just like a mountain, we need a solid foundation to remain steady. When we ground ourselves in Tadasana, we improve our balance and stability, which carries over into other standing poses.

Alignment and Posture: Rooting down through our feet helps us align our body properly. Good alignment ensures that we use our muscles efficiently, reducing the risk of injury and promoting better posture in daily life.
