๐ŸŒฟ Hey Friends, Iโ€™ve Missed You! ๐ŸŒฟ

Wowโ€ฆ itโ€™s been a while since I last posted here, and I wanted to come back with some honesty and a full heart. โค๏ธ

The past several months have been a whirlwind. I had a very difficult pregnancy, and postpartum has been exhausting in ways I never could have imagined. My little boy is 14 weeks old now, and while I love him more than words can say, Iโ€™ve also realized something bigโ€ฆ

Somewhere in the daily grind of motherhoodโ€”diapers, feedings, sleepless nightsโ€”I lost myself. I put myself last, and I can feel the effects. My energy is drained, my emotions are all over the place, and I miss feeling like me.

But hereโ€™s the thingโ€”I remember what it felt like to be grounded, calm, and truly present. I remember how much meditation, yoga, and breathwork helped me feel strong, steady, and at peace. And I know itโ€™s time to return to that.

So, Iโ€™m recommitting to myself, my health, and my nervous system. And I want to take you on this journey with me. ๐Ÿ’™

Hey everyone!

I wanted to share a little insight about one of yoga's foundational poses: Tadasana, or Mountain Pose. At first glance, it might seem like you're simply standing on your mat, but there's so much more to it than that.

Tadasana is all about being rooted. When we root ourselves firmly into the ground, we create a strong, stable base. This sense of grounding is essential not only for Tadasana but for every standing pose we practice.

Here's why being rooted is so important:

Stability and Balance: Just like a mountain, we need a solid foundation to remain steady. When we ground ourselves in Tadasana, we improve our balance and stability, which carries over into other standing poses.

Alignment and Posture: Rooting down through our feet helps us align our body properly. Good alignment ensures that we use our muscles efficiently, reducing the risk of injury and promoting better posture in daily life.

Mind-Body Connection: Being grounded in Tadasana helps us connect our mind and body. It's a moment to center ourselves, to be fully present, and to cultivate mindfulness that enhances our overall practice.
