Why is the weekend so important? We’re a nation of workaholics. More than a third of full-time workers do not take vacation time. However, rest is important because it has benefits that are important for your health:

1. Reduces stress and thereby increases the ability to cope with stressful situations.
2. Reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
3. Regulates blood sugar, helping your body convert food to energy to maintain a healthy weight.
4. Decreases inflammation.
5. Helps you maintain your physical abilities which improves balance.
6. Makes you feel energized and alert. This helps you focus and make executive decisions.
7. Improves your memory.
8. Repairs your tissue, your cells produce certain proteins while you sleep that form the building blocks of cells and lets cells repair the day's damage.

Due to the animal chiro laws in Missouri, a signed referral form is required from your pet's vet before services can be received. Your pet does not have to be seen by a vet from one of the above veterinary locations, but a signed form from your pets vet is a requirement. What is LMNT Chocolate?

LMNT is a brand of electrolyte drink mix. They offer several “chocolate”‑flavored electrolyte options, including:

- Chocolate Salt
- Chocolate Caramel
- Chocolate Medley

These chocolate flavors are often used in hot drinks — hot water, hot cocoa, coffee, etc.

Mix half or full stick packs into mugs, diluting in water or milk, adding to protein shakes, etc.

We have the chocolate flavors in stock at our office. Pick some up today and enjoy a delicious hot drink. These also make great stocking stuffers!
