Oceanside Healing Located in Pacifica, CA, we offer acupuncture, massage, chiropractic and sound healing. All of our practitioners are vaccinated and tested regularly.

Everyone has their temperature checked and must wear a mask. HEPA filtered air purifiers are in each room.

Tomorrow, join us for one or both of our free grief relief support events on Saturday, July 26th.

The walk and/or the sound healing can serve as a space to release stagnant emotions and process difficult feelings, surrounded by others who understand.

The grief relief walk starts at 10:30 am at Oceanside Healing until 11:45 am. No need to sign up for the walk. We will stop by library if you would like to go to the sound healing.

The sound healing starts at 12 pm at Sharp Park Library with Joseph Coffin. Space is limited, please reserve space at oceansidehealingcal.com, "make an appointment" and "sound healing."

We are hosting a free drum circle led by Shirley McClure during Pacifica's Seaside Merchants Second Saturday event on August 9th from 1 pm to 2 pm. Second Saturday is an all day event, so check out some awesome vendors and pop ups along Palmetto afterward! Instruments are provided and all levels are welcome.

Every Friday and Tuesday, Jacalyn White leads free Grief Relief Yoga. 🧘🍃

If you haven't tried it and are nervous, call up a friend and come together to check it out. I can not think of a better way to start your day. Jacalyn will warm up your joints and get your emotions moving throughout the body. If you can't stand for a long time, still try! You can do the moves from a chair. It's drop-in, so just come by when you can. It's free, so just give it a try!
