She has a calming and intuitive touch and considers bodywork a moving meditation. Her specialties are Swedish, Hot Stone, Foot Reflexology, Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy, Table Shiatsu, Aromatherapy Massage and more. She specializes in pre natal massage and sees her mommies to be at Bella Luce. You don't have to be enrolled in her Doula package to get a massage from her. Creativity is so ancient that it is at once fundamental and complex, even a driving force in our lives. Shamanism brings a fresh approach to Westerners for cultivating their creative potential. In this workshop, based on years of research, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their creativity through the practice of shamanic methods. Selected historical and anthropological examples will illustrate connections between shamanism and creative abilities, and a variety of specific shamanic exercises will be taught that participants can apply to their personal lives.

Rev. Ann Bauden is an ordained minister with Metaphysical Universal Ministries and is an ordained Priestess of Isis in The Fellowship of Isis, and International Group Honoring the Divine Feminine. She is a PH.D. Candidate with the American Institute of Holistic Theology. She holds a Masters Degree of Metaphysics. She also holds a BA in Sociology & Psychology from Sacramento State University in California. In addition, Ann has been a Facilitator of SoulCollage® as founded by Seena B. Frost in her book "SoulCollage®" for over 10 years. Ann brings profound knowledge & experience to those who wish to delve deeply into their connecting with Spirit and removing blocks to their progress on this earth walk. Ann's passion for travel has brought her all over the world visiting sacred sites of the feminine!
