Why Clay + Yoga? Because clay is earth and you are a creative being, meant for so much more than passive consumption. Clear out the cobwebs of your consciousness w somatic movement, breath, community, nature and home cooked meals. Calm your nervous system on a deeper level by clearing space and moving energy— go jump in a lake and hit the reset button. Sweat it out in the sauna. Come to our dance party! Journal. Read. Process. Integrate.

Jodi and I at Rockland woods are coming together to host a long weekend geared 100% towards radical joy. If the capitalist war machine steals our joy than they won. Fight the good fight. Resource your nervous system. Connect to your creativity. Laugh until you cry. Bathe in sound vibrations.
