One last big thanks to everyone who helped fill those dumpsters to the brim during the Bulk Waste Clean-Up! It was so successful they had to bring in one more! Thanks to our incredible volunteers, we were able to haul waste for 6 households, helping our neighbors get rid of the clutter and clean up Pacolet. 🧹

But we’re not done yet! 💪

The SC Sweep is happening from April 25th to May 4th. Let’s keep that momentum going and lend a hand in our own neighborhoods! Whether it’s picking up trash on your block, sprucing up your sidewalk, or tidying up the streets, every little bit counts to make our community shine! ✨

Join us on Saturday, April 26th for a cleanup with City of Chesnee - Government !

We would love for you to join us! Bring a friend, tell a neighbor and come help beautify our community!

We will meet and park at Chesnee City Hall at 9:00AM-11:00AM. Supplies are provided!

Do you need assistance moving bulk waste to the collection site for Pacolet’s Bulk Waste Collection Day? Our team of volunteers is here to help!

We are prioritizing elderly and disabled residents for this service. If you or someone you know needs assistance, please send me a DM.

Important Guidelines:
• Bulk waste items must be placed outdoors and easily accessible to volunteers. We kindly ask that items be moved to the curb.
• Volunteers will not enter homes to remove items. If you need help moving items outside, please arrange assistance from friends, family, or neighbors.
• This service is for bulk items only. Acceptable items include furniture, household items, mattresses, and metal. Household trash and small items will not be transported.

This service is volunteer-run, and while we will do our best to assist everyone, pickup cannot be guaranteed. Please be kind and show appreciation for the neighbors generously giving their time to help our community!

📢 Calling All Volunteers: Help Keep Pacolet Beautiful! 🌿🧹

We have TWO amazing opportunities for you to make a difference in our community!

🗑 Bulk Waste Clean-Up Day – The bulk waste clean up day have been incredibly successful in the past, but the most common feedback we’ve heard is: “I have no way to get my bulk waste to the dump site.” We’d like to fix that!
We’ll need:
🛻 Trucks & Trailers- help us transport bulk items from homes to the dump site
💪 Loaders/Unloaders- We need strong backs and big biceps who can help load/unload
📅 Date: April 19th
📍 Location: Fishing Pier
⏰ Time: 9am-3pm

**we can only offer this service to the community with your help!

🌎 Community Clean-Up Days – Join us anytime from April 25 – May 5 to pick up litter, beautify public spaces, and show your love for Pacolet. Whether you have an hour or a full day, your help makes a huge impact!

✅ Choose a time that works for you
✅ Pick up supplies (provided) and get to work!
