Every Thursday at Marshall County Hospital, Paducah Vascular Institute provides vascular care to Benton, Calvert City and surrounding counties. Penny Payne, PA-C is accompanied by Laken Crouse, RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist). You can view your veins and arteries in real time to get to the root of the concern. All while staying close to home.

Congratulations to Dr. Scott Sanders on being the FIRST in the region to use the new Endologix DETOUR system. Dr. Sanders inserted the bypass with a small puncture in the groin and ankle (NO INCISIONS) which dramatically decreases the risk of infection and pain after the procedure. This restored normal flow to the foot and the patient is now walking without pain in the leg!
