✨ Monday Motivation Spotlight ✨

This months spotlight comes from a sophomore in high school, whose journey is a reminder that exposure can change everything.

She originally had her sights set on real estate. However, after volunteering over the summer at Easter Seals, something shifted. Through hands-on experience and connection, she discovered a new passion and completely fell in love with the work.

That’s what growth looks like. Being open. Trying new things. Allowing your path to evolve.

We are so proud of her willingness to step outside of her comfort zone and discover what truly inspires her. This is how purpose begins, through experience.

S/o to Kristina McDowell and Sarah Anthony for the invite to the Happy Adult Life Transition Fair. I had the opportunity to connect with amazing families, share resources, and talk about what’s possible for students as they prepare for what’s next. Events like this remind me why I do this work. Every student deserves a chance to build skills, gain confidence, and step into their future with purpose.

It was great meeting some incredible new families and I’m excited about the potential to support even more students on their journey.
