Welcome to Salt of the Earth, Halotherapy! We are a local health and wellness facility that specializes in halotherapy (dry salt therapy) here in Paducah, KY. We offer natural and alternative remedies, along with preventative treatments. We started this business after seeing immediate and continued results for our own ailments, so we decided to dig in more to the history and benefits of these natural remedies. What we discovered was something that we believe should be shared with everyone! Halotherapy is a dry salt aerosol used to treat respiratory and skin issues. It cleanses the lungs of toxins and bacteria that we breathe. We also offer Far Infrared Sauna sessions and two massage chairs (with multiple functions) that work well in combination with Halotherapy. We're looking forward to adding more services and holistic products to better serve Paducah and the surrounding communities. We'd like to personally invite you to stop by or make an appointment today for an infrared sauna session, a session in our salt room (45 minutes) or salt booth (10 minutes), a therapeutic massage in our multi-function massage chair, or check out some of our amazing salt-based products. In light of the Autism announcement with RFK and President Trump, we wanted to share a natural 🌿 alternative to Tylenol (acetaminophen).
