We remember:
- Those we’ve lost and hold close in memory
- Those living with the daily challenges of dementia
- Families whose lives have been forever changed
- And the caregivers—professional and personal—who bring light, comfort, and dignity to each moment

A SUPER Thank You to Travis Lauck of T&K Handyman Service (https://ow.ly/1uLP50WZ1ja). 🛠️ Travis provided an awesome Kobalt Tool Bag chock full of most tools you would ever need to make household repairs. It included a big set of Kobalt drill bits, a new hammer, a speed square, a big Kobalt plier set, a 6-piece set of screwdrivers, a tape measure, a torpedo level, clamps, a stud buddy, ear plug and eye protective glasses. 🧰

Our online auction was a success because of these great businesses: KIRCHHOFF'S BAKERY&DELI - $25 gift certificate. The Lakes of Paducah - $25 gift card to Starbucks in a basket with other very nice items. Artisan Kitchen - $25 gift card. 🧡

Today kicks off National Rehabilitation Awareness Week (Sept. 15-21) 2025! 🎉

In addition to our skilled nursing and long-term care services, each Life Care Centers of America facility also offers on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Over the years, our therapy teams across the nation have helped thousands of seniors improve function and mobility.

This week, we give a special thanks to all our PTs, OTs, and SLPs who truly make a difference in the lives of our inpatients and outpatients every day! 🫶

She came to us after fracturing her femur, and physical and occupational therapies helped get her back on her feet and independent again! 🥰
