⭐️Welcome to WALK-IN-WEDNESDAY, fellow NURSES🩺 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

RIVER HAVEN is hosting our walk-in-Wednesday event and we are inviting our fellow nursing friends to come enjoy snacks and meet our team. Fill out an application, and join this fun group of dedicated nurses.

We have a brand new DON Catherina Schofield who has worked her way up from a CNA, to LPN floor nurse, to RN floor nurse, to SDC, to ADON, and now the backbone of our clinical team as the leader and DIRECTOR OF NURSING here at River Haven.

We are currently looking for night nurses with a $7500 sign on bonus. 6p to 6a and Flexible schedule.

🍾⭐️🎉Happy New Year🍾⭐️🎉2026!!!

Thank you for all the staff who were able to help us gather up our beloved and take them to Pizza Inn. We are truly blessed with folks who have servant leader hearts. 🥰

As the NHA, It hit me hard when several of our beloved said, “thank you for your service”. It pulled on our hearts strings and it had us tearing up. 🥲 The impact of today on our beloved is apparent in the smiles on their faces and their sincere heartfelt appreciation.

2026 is a new year and we plan to work everyday on our goals and the vision of making River Haven better than before. Thank you for allowing us to care for your loved one, it truly is our sincere pleasure. 💞

The Administrator got to go shopping thanks to the anonymous donations of two generous local companies. We were able to purchase comforter sets for our beloved. We are also thankful to JcPenney for getting us the best price point helping us keep within our budget. Tis the season for blessings and kindness all around.

🎄Lighted Christmas Parade 🌲

It is such an honor to provide an outing for our residents, staff, and family. We had three Elvis Presley impersonators on the float. Our Maintenance Director Michael, his son Maddox, and one of our very own residents. We brought our van so that several of our residents could enjoy the evening in warmth.

We had several folks from our leadership team present tonight, from our Administrator Teresa, Admissions Director Justin, Admissions Coordinator Amy, Social Services Jessica, Activites Director Santana and several kiddos.

We had an amazing time giving 🍭🍬candy to the kids on the sidelines of the parade. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the many folks swaying and singing 🎤along with us to the old Elvis 🎶classics. A sight that warms the soul.
