Dr. Rob Garneau is an interventional radiologist who attended Wayne State University. After completing his residency at the University of Iowa, Dr. Garneau completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology and MRI, diagnostic imaging at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Garneau has practiced in the Western Kentucky area for over 20 years and began with IMAC in 2017

Sean McDonald, MD, began his career in the Western Kentucky area as a partner in a local neurosurgical practice and soon realized a void in the conservative treatment options available in traditional medicine. With Dr. McDonald’s commitment to developing alternative healthcare solutions, he began researching the advancements in regenerative medicine. He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and received the Gold Medal in 2000 for the highest marks on the Neurosurgical Fellowship Exams.
