We’re excited to share some big news at Restorative Family Medicine!

As part of our continued commitment to whole-person care, we are expanding our services through a new partnership with ‘Beacon Psychiatrist Services’. This collaboration allows us to better support the mental and emotional health needs of our patients — because true wellness includes both mind and body.

Please join us in welcoming Jonathon Blake Hicks, DNP— who goes by Blake— to our care team!

Blake received his Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Louisville in 2020, following 15 years of dedicated work as a psychiatric nurse. He has now been serving in the nurse practitioner role for nearly six years, bringing deep experience, compassion, and clinical expertise to every patient interaction.

Blake specializes in the treatment of:
• Depression
• Anxiety
• ADD/ADHD

He generally sees patients ages 18 and older, but may consider seeing minors on a case-by-case basis.
