turtle escapes that are completely changing my game!
In today’s video, I’m showing two super effective escapes when your opponent already has the infamous ā€œseatbeltā€ locked in from the top of turtle. I get out from underneath, take the back, and secure full control.
Works great in both gi and no-gi—these little details make all the difference when things get tough! šŸ’Ŗ

šŸ’„ Annihilate the De La Riva Guard! (And Come Train With Us!)
The De La Riva Guard (DRL) is famous, but every guard has a pass. Are you tired of getting swept? Do you want to master the art of breaking your opponent's control?
The key is understanding the hook and the pant grip!
šŸ”„ Quick Tips for Passing the DLR:
1. Attack the Hook: Neutralize or remove the inner hook. Without it, the DLR loses 80% of its power.
2. Control the Knee: Keep your knee pointed toward the floor (or control it firmly) to prevent lateral sweeps.
3. Use Pressure: Passes like the "Leg Drag" or the "Knee Slice" are excellent for applying pressure and limiting the guard player's options.

This week we’re going ALL IN on DE LA RIVA GUARD PASSING – one of the most annoying (and most used) guards in today’s game. We’re gonna break down the grips, the highest-percentage passes, and the counters so you never get stuck when someone throws up De La Riva on you.
