Sharing a couple of recent success stories! 💙

After a hospitalization, Ms. Grandinetti worked hard in therapy to regain strength, mobility and independence, returning home with her family.

Following a hospital stay, Mr. Jones stayed motivated throughout his recovery, rebuilding his strength each day and successfully returning home to begin a new chapter.

We’re proud to be part of each patient’s journey and celebrate their progress. Wishing them continued success at home!

It’s been a fun and engaging week here with all kinds of activities for our residents!

Our ladies got creative making bow hangers to store their future bows and we added a little magic to the week by celebrating National Unicorn Day. 🦄

To wrap things up, today our residents enjoyed a delicious chicken pot pie cooking class. We love seeing our residents stay active, creative and connected each and every day!
