Most people speak to be heard, not to be understood. It's important to be kind when you speak to others because once your words are spoken, they can only be forgiven, not forgotten.

It's an art to be a good listener. Many people are not really listening, they are just figuring out how to respond; with their defense or their advice.
A good listener allows people to just tell their story. To feel heard and loved.

Today, try to THINK before you speak, and to LISTEN with your heart.
