I was at the hot springs and meet a young ladies who had been in a horrible car accident All her ligaments and tendons were damaged. She had recieved a massage which agrivated the injury and was soaking to try to relieve the pain and stiffness. I did some basic neck mobilization techniques and shoulder work. She had immediate relief, and was very great full. I was very happy to help here on her birthday. This really inspires me to continue doing massage. Thank you Mandy.

Take care of yourself and get a massage. I got one yesterday and my right adductors were tight causing knee pain. Releasing the tightness by elongating the adductor muscles, relieved my knee pain.
