In addition to our Sound Journeys in Pagosa Springs CO, did you know there are ongoing Yoga classes too?

For your information, we currently have the following weekly classes including:

Sundays (4:30-5:45) Yoga Class with Sound taught by Margaret Burkesmith (by donation).

Mondays (5:45-6:45) Gentle Yoga (Yin, Restorative and Qi Gong with Soundbath Shavasana) by Maria Louize (by donation).

Wednesdays (5:30-6:30) Gentle Aerial Yoga class with Suspended Soundbath Sahvasana by Maria Louize ($20 – reserve your hammock as space is limited).

Maria also offers special events and classes including Yoga and Qi Gong, usually scheduled around the time of the new moon, full moon, equinox or solstice.

This is my last post. Not the last of the studio by any means. Still going strong at 8 years and the sound of metal is a wild passion of mine. Get to work with some wonderful people who support us and guests who keep us smiling. So keep coming if you are nearby.
