Low magnesium creates a waterfall effect of disfunction in your body. Your cells will begin to malfunction in unpredictable ways. Blood tends to clot even when there is no wound, cut, or hemorrhaging. When this unnecessary clotting occurs within blood vessels, it creates the risk of heart attack or stroke.
Low magnesium can also cause the production and secretion of adrenaline to increase abnormally. This can lead to hyperactivity, and when chronic, an inability to relax.

A common question we get asked is how much Magnify you should apply. Although the answer isn't always simple, we can let you know right away that its uncommon to get too much magnesium. Typically, if you don't have kidney concerns - your body does a good job of flushing out excess magnesium. It's not hard to admit that it is often difficult to meet your nutritional requirements at any stage in life. In a perfect world, we would all have enough time and support to take care of ourselves in the ways in which we should but we all know it's easier said than done. Self-care isn't just bubble baths and meditation. Self-care is also moving your body, prayer, and journaling. You already know our favorite type of self-care is incorporating Magnify into our daily routine. However, when we add more of the things that fill us up into our day-to-day, we ultimately feel better all around.
