Unless You were manufactured in a beaker - the egg that You started from waz once carried within the Womb of Your GrandMother!

There iz an intimate relation between a Being'z experience in the Womb/the first few yearz of Life out of Utero & the wayz We form Our behavioral & emotional responsez. This iz due to LIMBIC IMPRINTING and We subconsciously carry theze "learningz" thru Our Livez.

Since the limbic system in the brain iz innately impacted in thoze formative yearz from egg to toddler -and Your Mother'z body, carrying Your egg, waz being imprinted inside Your Grandmotherz Womb - might it make sense that there may be trace effects of Your GrandMother'z experiencez written into the makeup of that virgin egg?

Sometimez, We can adjust the way We feel, by adjusting the way We sound - like a 'tune up.'

Have You ever listened to the tonality of Your Own voice & noticed, that the state of mind &/or emotion You are going thru reflects in Your sound?

Now imagine this if You will, az We gently, powerfully, ooooOpen Our throats in song - We also affect Our Cervix (the narrow opening between vaginal canal & uterus) in a similar way! {& vice versa}

We can actually access subtle energy feedback within Our voice, in order to "LISTEN in" to the status of Our cervix (root/sacral chakras) & larynx (throat chakra).
We can then put this information to use by ALTARING their states by connecting in with one or the other.


You might like to try,
* listening silently at first, handz over Womb & throat, to feel into what sensationz are prezent within them..
*(now here'z the key) without thinking about or naming the feeling - just feeeeel the sensationz that arize..
*and when You are ready, have a few slow, deep breaths into the belly and sound a steady sound.
*You may like to play around with Your soundz & come back to listening in to notice how the sense of WellBeing may be shifted slightly or drastically..

Re-member, Your na'au (intuition) will be Your greatest Guide - You are the most qualified Person to get to know YourSelf intimately & only You get to decide how You feel. (there may likely be some effort required to attain Your dezired States of Being and You are infinitely supported in this, Your Sisterz being part of that support)
