My family and I moved to Big Island in 2010 with a dream of starting our own family farm from which to raise our kids. Both my husband and I have a background in organic farming and a strong interest in medicinal plants. From the moment we dug up our first black turmeric rhizomes, we knew we were on to something special. After researching the rich medicinal history of this amazing plant we began replanting more each year. Situated on the slope of the worlds most active volcano, KALI HALDI body products was born in 2015 out of our desire to share this unique plant with the rest of the world.
