Our mission is to support the well being of individuals, our children, elders, the land and our community as a whole. Kupukupu can translate from Hawaiian in several different ways depending on how it is being used. For our intention, most simply Kupu means “to sprout, grow or germinate” and the Kupukupu fern is one of the first plants to bring life back to the land after a lava flow and initiates the coming of the forest. The heart of Kupukupu Yoga is being an oasis for transformation.

Sending everyone heartfelt blessings on this auspicious day of Mahashivratri. This is the awakening of consciousness. When the ego dissolves, Shiva reveals Himself within. May this sacred day be the moment where duality merges into divine Oneness, where fear, doubt, and separation dissolve. May your prayers become living awareness, your devotion become strength, and your life become a reflection of divine peace and power.
Har Har Mahādev! 🔱

World Meditation Day
ध्यान ~ Dhyāna – Meditation is a return to the Self. It’s an inward journey that deepens our connection with our true nature. It invites us to choose stillness over stress, awareness over agitation, and inner peace as our sacred offering to the world. Let us make a conscious choice each day to pause, turn within, and spend even a few moments in meditation.
