Retro-Raw diet and the GAPS diet....very similar however the Retro Raw plan takes it a step further to Optimal Health by keeping 80% of the meats/eggs/dairy in their Raw state. Retro Raw also includes at least some activity or form of exercise daily in the plan for Optimal Health.

Potential risks....if the meat/dairy is from a clean pure source like USWellnessmeats.com (order through my site) risks NOT what you will experience....a surprise in that you will then prefer it in a more raw state then killed with the protein chemical
