Today I had the incredible honor of accepting a Zero Deficiency Award for Inspirations Senior Living at the 2026 GMI Annual Conference. This achievement is a true reflection of the amazing leadership, dedicated staff, and the hard work and determination that happens every single day in our community.

Receiving zero deficiencies on an annual survey is something that is almost unheard of in Nevada, and it speaks volumes about the passion and commitment of our entire team.

This is an accomplishment to be incredibly proud of. I’m so grateful to have lead a team that continually strives for excellence in the care and service we provide to our residents and their families. 💜
