Good evening, Wellness Seekers 🌻

Heather wanted to share a thought provoking activity she has introduced to her dinner table family conversation.

Great for kids and adults alike, these cards help gear conversations towards growth mindsets rather than fixed.

They help parents guide their children towards mindsets that will encourage them to thrive throughout their life rather than limit themselves due to stifling core belief systems.

Along with this, Heather has also adopted a "Bored on Purpose " weekly evening activity.

She has taught her 12 year old son the importance of not always having time filled with electronics. And they are having fun being "forced" to be bored and discover / create ways to fill their time.

Its been great for their home! And maybe it would be great for yours!

It is so nice to be home after a bustling weekend serving the community.

Christina Roman worked her magic and ushered in lots of relaxation to her clients. Heather got to work on the sweetest 5 year old today!
