I’m so excited to share that I’ll be offering office visits while Dr. Anya is on maternity leave 🤍

Starting February 18th, you can book prenatal and postpartum support every Wednesday at Pacific Pelvic Health.

Office visits are a great option if you’re looking for personalized, evidence-based care outside of the home.

Home visits will still be available throughout the week for families who prefer support in their own space.

I’m looking forward to welcoming you soon in this calm, supportive space.

Have you noticed a sudden drop in your milk supply? This can feel so stressful!

Dips in milk supply can happen from a number of things, but sometimes the fix is as easy as new pump parts! Parts need to be replaced regularly especially if you are exclusively pumping.

These visits usually last about two hours — giving us time to connect and for you to get the 1:1 attention you deserve.

I’ll review your history, observe a feeding or pumping session, weigh your baby, complete an oral assessment, and help you create a personalized plan that fits your family.

Let’s talk breast milk storage! How you store your milk is important for protecting your baby and making sure that none of your hard work goes to waste.

Save this simple guide for the next time you’re wondering if your milk is still good:

• Fresh milk: 4 hours at room temp
• Fridge: 4 days
• Freezer: best within 6 months
• Thawed: use within 24 hours

Whether you’re exclusively pumping or pumping occasionally, I see how much work you’re putting in. Your baby is so lucky to have you. ♡

I have some exciting news to share… I’m officially Emily Gilbert, RN, IBCLC!!

I started The Mama Coach on Maui with one goal: to bridge the gap in our healthcare system and bring high-quality lactation care to families on our island.

I began this journey as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, supporting so many of you as you navigated postpartum with your little ones 🥹 and I’m forever grateful for the trust you placed in me.

My dream was always to take the next step: becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (the gold standard in lactation) to make receiving care even easier for families and I DID IT! 🎉

I’m thrilled to share that our community will now have even more access to insurance-covered lactation support. I can’t wait to continue walking alongside all of you on your feeding journeys. 💛
