Two must haves for summer. It is on its way really! The beauty of this mosquito spray is that you don’t spray it all over you. You just spray it on your pulse points and on the soft part on the bottom of your foot it gets into your bloodstream and keeps the mosquitoes away. Even if you go swimming, it’s not going to wash away. The flea and tick spray is great if you like to be in the woods like I do. Also safe for your dog. Just got bit by a tick the other day! Shame on me I forgot to use my flea and tick spray before I went into the woods. With this one, it’s good to just spray it on your boots and pant legs. It deters them from hopping on. If using on your dog, put it on the back of their neck just like you would flea and tick medicine from the vet. You don’t want them to lick it off. I also suggest getting a soft brush and brushing yourself off before you get back into your car after being in the woods. I’m being told that people are even finding ticks in their yard. Not surprising since the deer are very comfortable foraging in our yard. the flea and tick spray is $11 and the extra strength mosquito spray is $19

You must have your levels I & II certifications

The class will be as follows:
- You will receive your Level III attunement opening you to higher vibrations.
- Learn 3 More Reiki symbols and how to use them.
- You must be prepared to retest on 3 symbols learned in II
- Learn to attune others to Reiki.
- Learn additional methods in treatment
- Class qualifies you as a Reiki Master/teacher

Hello everyone. Hope all is well with you! Here is an Aromatherapy tip and some upcoming vendor shows. The goat derby show sounds like a blast.
Today's aromatherapy tip:
Black Pepper oil is an analgesic for pain, it is especially helpful for osteoarthritis. It dilates the capillaries and provides a warming effect by bringing more blood into the area. This helps by bringing oxygen and nutrients to the area and carrying away debris.To use it dilute it into a carrier blend of oil or lotion (no dyes, chemical scents or parabens). For each ounce of carrier use 27 drops of black pepper oil. Mix well and apply to painful areas. You can also use cinnamon and clove bud in the blend using 9 drops of each to total the 27 drops per ounce, or a little more of the black pepper and a little less of the other 2. Make sure your total drops of essential oils is 27 per ounce of carrier. You can also use this blend for muscle aches. Call or text me if you have questions or need supplies and make sure to leave a message.

Now on to the vendor shows:
I will be at Arabica Coffee house at 4183 Erie st in historic downtown Willoughby this Saturday April 11th from 1-5:30. This is a really friendly neighborhood coffee shop with great pastries and lunch is available too!

This form should say Saturday, May 9. I will get a corrected form posted in the next couple of days.

Level three Reiki class coming up in May. You must have your level one and level two certifications. If you took levels one and two through me, I have copies of them if not, you would need to send me copies of your certificates. You can do this via email or take a picture and text them to me PM me if you have questions or are interested.

I am planning a level one Reiki class for sometime in April or May. If you are interested in getting notification, please PM me. I . will put you on the notification list and you will also be able to have input on what the decided on date will be. It is a one day class on a Saturday or a Sunday depending on what works for most people. The class will be from 1030 till 5 o’clock. You will get your level one certification with a manual on everything that you learned that day. Cost of class is $125.
