When something good happens to you, you just want to testify about it!

I started putting some practices into my life about a year ago and it's totally transformed me. Literally!

I just turned 49 and I keep telling my husband, "I physically feel 18 again."🙌🏽

It's amazing what happens when you put that scripture into practice in Matthew 23:26 "First clean the inside of the cup and dish, and then the outside also will be clean."

I can testify that when you focus on cleaning the inside, that the outside will follow.

Both spiritually and physically!
