Can't believe it's been this long and we pulled it off, lol. Happy 20 year Anniversary Rock House! Thanks to all the hundreds of members that passed through the gym, you made it all happen and we are appreciative and humbled by all the support we have had over the years. Its been a fun ride and looking forward to more.

I have 4 tickets for the Monsters Hockey game tomorrow in Cleveland. It is a 4 pm game. It is close to the glass wall section 110 row 10. Roc is getting to gym tomorrow at 10 am and will put on the counter top. First come first serve! Please someone use them!

Bring your toddlers to the gym, SAID NO ONE EVER! In our gym there are no toddlers allowed. Last week someone brought 2 kids in, please, who ever you are, do NOT bring your kids in or find another gym please! You are on film....yes we record 24 hrs a day....
