Spark is an agency that provides support for adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings.
We are HIRING for full and part time positions. 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available in the Perry + Madison group homes. We are also hiring for DSP positions at both of our ADS programs in Perry + Cleveland Heights.

We offer competitive pay rates and benefits.
We are offering a $150 sign on bonus!
A DSP will provide daily living support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their home or in the community, assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, provide overall wellness and safety/inclusion out in the community.
Job Duties
- Overall safety and wellness
- Household grocery
- Money tracking
- Completing activity schedules
- Reviewing data

Requirements include
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Background check per industry requirements
