We are thrilled to announce the addition of Nicole Niemeyer to our Painesville office!
Nicole Niemeyer serves as the HR Manager for Lake, Ashtabula, and Geauga Counties, supporting the caregivers who provide compassionate, reliable care to the individuals and families who place their trust in us every day. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare and people management, Nicole is deeply committed to ensuring our caregivers are supported, well-trained, and empowered to deliver the highest level of care.
Nicole believes that exceptional care starts with exceptional people. Her focus is on building strong teams, fostering professionalism and heart-centered service, and creating an environment where caregivers feel valued—so clients and families feel confident, safe, and cared for in their own homes.
Outside of work, Nicole is a proud wife, mom to four adult children, and a devoted dog lover. She is actively involved in her community through Search and Rescue K9 volunteering, K9 therapy at senior facilities, her church, staying active at the gym, and cooking for those she loves.
Nicole is honored to support the caregivers who care for our community and looks forward to continuing to build trust with the families we serve.
