June is National Oral Health Month!

Our Lead Dental Hygienist took a few moments out of her day to tell us why this topic is so important to her!

Q: Why did you get into Dentistry?
A: I have loved Dentistry since I was a kid and was seen by Dr. Gonta. Upon graduating High School I started as a Dental Assistant. I loved the field so much I made the decision to go back to school to be a Dental Hygienist.

Q: Tell me why Oral Health is important to you?
A: To keep patients safe and healthy and to make them happy with their smile.

Q: Tell me what is one thing you wish patients knew about their smiles?
A: Better alignment can lead to a healthier mouth due to efficient brushing and flossing.
