June Joy at Peak ✨

What a beautiful, joy-filled month it’s been at the studio 💛

We welcomed Pilates with Sarah into our weekly rhythm, celebrated birthdays on the mat, and shared some serious post-dance glow at our Ecstatic Dance journey.

There were aerial yoga breakthroughs, sacred moments on retreat, and a deep closing to the month with sound healing and yoga nidra.

Every smile, stretch, and still point—this community makes it all so meaningful. Here’s to the joy we create together, one breath at a time.
