Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day, or just another Saturday - connection doesn’t belong to one relationship type. 🤍

Partners, friends, chosen family, or time alone - love can look different for everyone. However today unfolds, we hope it includes care and respect - especially for yourself. 💛

We’re deeply grateful to the clients who trust us, the clinicians who show up with care and integrity, and the community partners who make this work possible.

Over the past two years, we’ve had the privilege of supporting 435 individual clients across 9,303 sessions, each conversation a reminder of why this work matters.

Thank you for being part of our story. We’re honored to be here with you. 💛

Healthy relationships aren’t built on mind reading - they’re built on communication.

Whether it’s with a partner, friend, family member, or coworker, clear communication and boundaries help create trust, safety, and connection. These are skills we can learn, practice, and strengthen over time.

Support can help if communication feels hard - and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Time to Talk Day is a reminder that mental health conversations matter-and that not every voice has always been given space to be heard.

Talking doesn’t have to be perfect. Sometimes it starts with “Can I talk?” or “I don’t know where to begin.” What matters is having room for honesty, support, and care-on your own terms.

This month, we continue to honor the importance of listening, amplifying voices, and making mental health support more accessible for all. Support begins with a conversation. 💛

February is Black History Month-a time to honor Black pioneers whose leadership, research, and advocacy shaped the mental health field and expanded access to care.

From challenging bias to centering community healing, these trailblazers laid the foundation for more inclusive and compassionate mental health support. We recognize their impact and the ongoing work toward equity in mental health-this month and beyond. 🖤

Goodbye January.
Mental Wellness Month is ending. Mental wellness is not.

This month invited us to slow down, reflect, learn, and talk more openly about mental health-but care doesn’t belong to a single month. It lives in everyday choices: checking in with ourselves, setting boundaries, asking for support, and offering ourselves a little more compassion.

As we move forward, take what helped and carry it with you. The conversations, the tools, the reminders-you don’t have to leave them behind.

Mental wellness is a year-round practice, and support is always here. 💛

Warm Structure. Real Tools. Human Therapy.

Jordan is known for her calm, grounding presence-and for making therapy feel approachable, supportive, and real. Clients often describe her as someone who balances professionalism with genuine connection, creating a space where it’s okay to show up exactly as you are.

She works with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients navigating anxiety, big emotions, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. Jordan integrates evidence-based approaches like CBT with person-centered, strengths-based care, helping clients build practical tools while moving at a pace that feels manageable.

Beyond the therapy room, Jordan is passionate about mental health advocacy and accessibility, working to normalize mental health conversations and make support feel less intimidating within the community.

✨ Now accepting new clients! Jordan currently has open availability and is welcoming new referrals.

If you’re looking for a therapist who brings both structure and warmth-and believes therapy should feel human, not clinical-Jordan may be a great fit.

“Blue Monday” gets labeled as the most depressing day of the year-but it’s more of a cultural concept than a clinical reality.

A date doesn’t get to decide your mood, your mental health, or how you’re doing overall. Feeling low today doesn’t mean something is wrong with you-and feeling okay doesn’t mean you’re ignoring reality.

Instead of letting a label run the narrative, try meeting today with curiosity and compassion. Lower the pressure, notice what you need, and take care of your mental health in ways that feel supportive-not performative.

You get to decide how today shows up for you. 💙
