After 20 days of therapy, Michael has regained full independence with all functional mobility and is heading home with home health services! Patricia (Patty) Bero has dedicated 17 years as director of Human Resources.
Throughout her time at ALIYA of Palatine, Patty has built strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families, creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable. Her motivation stems from seeing the happiness of both employees and residents.

Outside of work, she enjoys long walks, reading (especially in her monthly book club), and spending quality time with her five grandchildren and friends.

Patty appreciates the positive atmosphere and open communication she has encountered at ALIYA of Palatine, particularly during the enjoyable Townhall meetings. She values the company's commitment to excellence and teamwork, which she believes are crucial for a successful business.
