Claiming the Light was our directive in our March Energy Light Infusion Healing Circle at on Thursday night. To claim the Light activates the AWARENESS of the Light. The following poem came through to anchor our powerful time together. May you feel the resonance of these words and may they invite you to Claim the Light.

My eyes … they do not see
What is right in front of me

My inner sight
Obscured and veiled with false clarity

And yet … deep inside
Is a Knowing a aglow

Awaiting my attention
Willing for me to turn

A quarter shift
That’s it!

Claiming my awareness
Of what is true and still

This elixir as if liquid
Pours over and through me

A violet velvet
So soft and wise

It matters not
The antics of the world

For this pool of velvet
Carries me in perfect buoyancy

Remember I
This Call of Light

Forefront in my awareness
I command to self

I DO remember
This power that I AM

Upon THIS do I stand
Within THIS do I dwell

My sight is now clear
I see what is truly within me

I claim now what IS me
A Light from eternity

And so it is

Feeling into the frequency of stillness during the Energy Light Infusion Healing Circle last evening at Inner Haven Art Gallery - Spiritual & Creative Development Center was well, very still…and yet…very full. When we allow ourselves to truly be still and observe what is there in the quiet, it becomes very apparent that there is a fullness to the essence that is stillness. No matter what inter-fear-ance you may be experiencing in life, the landing space of stillness awaits you. Virginia Adams Inspirations and I adore the exploration that these circles bring forth. May this poem created for last evening inspire you to journey within.

Shhh mind, yes you can
Quiet now

Moving inward moving in
Moving into the space that is You

Directing the mind inward
To a space beyond constriction

Moving the mind past boundaries and limitations
Moving into a space that breathes stillness

In this breath of stillness
My being pauses

And in this pause
Notice I the buoyancy of this field

From the moment of pause
Experience I a great expansion

And in this expansion
The pulse is different

The expanse of me now having no limits
Suspended in a state of pure potentiality

I need do nothing but receive
To explore and notice the creative force around me

The stillness of the point
Exploding into a dance of frequency

Awaiting the observation of me
In this expanse of Light

The frequency moving in and all around me
In full support AM I

In the frequency of stillness
I feel the fullness of the All

In this frequency
I AM

A twinkle a star
Do I remember what they are?

This magic this wonder
Is it lost in the thunder?

My will to see
Greater than all the clamor asunder

Raise my sight do I
To the awe that is beauty

Breathe in do I
Air that invigorates my being

Stand steady do I
In the essence of my Light

The stardust of my star

There’s a stillness within
Begging to be seen

Calm as placid waters
Vast beyond imagine

The mind it is busy
Distractions drifting one away

Alas simply stop
And command the direction of the mind

In this pause
Will the mind … to just notice

Nothing to do
Merely notice and BE

Air dances and twirls
Grips of tension unwind & dissolve

In the stillness of now
A different Voice can be heard

United AM I
With the Voice that is One

Rays of the Sun
One cannot see them yet exist they do

The Sun It shines
Independent of rain or clouds in the sky

Never does It go away
Shining effortlessly all the day

Seek I the Sun
Seek I the Light

Restless in plight
My desire gains might

Sustenance of Love

When the Sun moves to eve
The Light remains pure

Do I see who I truly am?
Do I see my Light?

Do I know that of which I create?
Do I remember within me the power of choice?

Focus, my focus, where is it?
Upon what do I choose to focus?

Where is my perception leading me?
Where is my attention landing?

Further into the density and fog
Or onto that glimmer of Light awaiting me

Seeking, searching, yearning for the clarity of the Light
The Light … where is it?

The greater essence that is You asks you now to pause
To shift your perception

See beyond the shadows and density
To the speck of Light eternally gleaming

The density and fog fade to the background
That eternal Light comes into focus

A dawning begins … I need not seek
For what I truly seek I already AM

I Am the Light
I AM the Light I perceive to be seeking

It is me
I AM Light

The purity of me is the Light of me
Behind all facades has the Light always been

The essence of me is Light
The emanation of me is Love

From Here do I dwell
From Here do I swell

I need remember just this
I AM Light, I AM
